Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and IMEI/Serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device securely in its original box along with all chargers and cables, placing it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.
